Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, despite a rough start with issues like a broken door, unclean bathroom, and a dusty sofa, turned out to be fairly large, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The service was mostly exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff like Mutasem, Angelina, and Nora, but there was one receptionist who could be better. The location was convenient, allowing us to walk to the Old City and the Shouk, but there were some hiccups with directions to tourist attractions. The dining experience offered an interesting mix of local cuisine, especially on Shabbat, and the view was beautiful. However, I found some areas lacking, like the main issue with the bathroom as it felt more boutique-style. Despite some drawbacks, this hotel offers value for the money with its great location and services.
When I return to Jerusalem, I will definitely come back to this hotel due to its proximity to the old city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, surprisingly spacious with high ceilings, making them feel even larger than other comparable hotels. On the downside, some of the rooms are a bit small and outdated.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were of good size and very comfortable, nicely appointed, and modern with plenty of room. However, the room service was not very prompt, which meant we had to spend extra time in the lounge. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to cater to our family needs. The location was very good overall, with easy transport links, but it was a bit far from the old city. The dining experience was satisfying, especially near the Old Train Station, offering a variety of options. However, the price was a bit higher compared to similar hotels in the area.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, making for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the old city. While the service was mostly helpful and welcoming, there was a minor issue with one staff member being impatient. The dining options were excellent with a great selection of food.
Our stay at the hotel was convenient with spacious rooms, ideal for a family of five, despite a delay in room service. The breakfast could be more varied, but the proximity to popular attractions and dining options made up for it.
